Another type of project that is gaining momentum is the ADU. Recently, California passed a bill that allows homeowners of a single-family dwelling to convert their garage into a living space, or build a new habitable structure. Our team consists of drafters, project managers, engineers, and former contractors that are familiar with this type of project.
