If your commercial building is located in an area prone to high seismic activity, you may be required to apply retrofitting to the structure (e.g. LADBS Soft-Story Retrofit). We will assess the existing structure to determine if seismic retrofitting is needed. Along with that, we will also include several other services such as certification to help you obtain insurance as well as a structural load-bearing analysis.
